On 27 September, 2016 in the city of Riyadh in the “King Fahd” cultural center a solemn opening ceremony of the Days of culture of Turkmenistan had been held.
To conduct Days of culture of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen delegation arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The delegation included artists, cultural workers and dancers, popular singers and musicians, and media representatives.
The opening ceremony was attended by the representatives of the diplomatic corps, general public, intelligentsia and compatriots living in this country.
After the official part of the ceremony, the delegation organized a big concert of masters of art of Turkmenistan, which made popular music, works by Turkmen composers and world classics, national songs and dances.
During the Days of culture there will be shown a unique collection of museum values of Turkmenistan, which aims to demonstrate the wide public of Saudi Arabia national historical and cultural heritage of the Turkmen people.
