DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

As per the Decree of President of Turkmenistan dated November 10th, 2023, Esen Mukhammedovich Aydogdyev was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow city).
