DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

As per the Decree of President of Turkmenistan dated December 11, 2023, Shalar Gelgynazarov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of India (New Delhi city) was concurrently appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
