On March 9, 2024, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Korea organized a round table, devoted to the results of the extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan held on February 9, as well as the Presidium of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan held on February 22.
Turkmen students studying in universities of the Republic of Korea attended the meeting.
Noting the significant results of the events in the public life of the country, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Korea Begench Durdyyev emphasized that due to the continued efforts of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as well as the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the international prestige of our country has been increasing, the country’s economic power has been consistently developing and strengthening, as well as the cultural and humanitarian cooperation has been expanding.
In this regard, the concrete measures of implementation of the “Presidential Program of the Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan for 2022-2028”, as well as the “Program of Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan and Investments for 2024” were specifically noted.
The participants of the meeting emphasized that due to the continued care of the President of Turkmenistan and the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan for the young generation, the youth is inspired to strive for education and knowledge, as well as for creative work for the benefit of the bright future of the Independent and Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan.
