DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

As per the Decree of President of Turkmenistan dated June 9, 2017, the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary was conferred on Ishanguliyev Mekan Annamuhammedovich.
