On 24 December 2025, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Tajikistan hosted a presentation of the new book of the President of Turkmenistan “The Neutrality of Turkmenistan – a Bright Path of Peace and Trust”.
The event was attended by representatives of the Turkmen community, students, members of the intelligentsia, and Embassy staff.
During the event, speeches were delivered by the staff members of the Embassy of Turkmenistan, the representative of the Turkmen community in Tajikistan A.Bekmyradov, Professor of the National University of Tajikistan H.Umarov, Deputy for International Relations of the Technical College of the Tajik Technical University named after M.S.Osimi Z.Khakimov, a third-year student of the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University M. Atajanova, as well as other participants.
The speakers emphasized that the new book, published in Turkmen, Russian, and English, comprehensively reveals the significance of Turkmenistan's policy of permanent neutrality, which has been recognized three times by the United Nations General Assembly, as well as the country’s peacekeeping initiatives on the international stage.
At the conclusion of the event, the certificates for successful participation in the international scientific and practical conference entitled “The Role of Turkmenistan’s Sustainable Transport Policy in Strengthening International Transport and Logistics Cooperation”, held on 21 November 2025 at the Institute of Engineering, Technology and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan, were presented to Associate Professor of the Agrarian University of Tajikistan T.Kamolova and Senior Lecturer of the Tajik Technical University named after M.S.Osimi A.Zokirzoda.
