DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

As per the Decree of President of Turkmenistan dated October 14, 2016, Batyr Gurbanmyradovich Niyazliev was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow city).
