On February 17, 2023, a round-table meeting was held in the building of the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies on the topic “Dialogue - a guarantee of peace” - a new philosophy of international relations”.
The round-table meeting was attended by Esen Aydogdyev, the Rector of the International University for the Humanities and Development, Kayoko Hayashi, the President of the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Keisuke Otani, the Secretary General of the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and professors.
The speakers during the meeting noted that the global philosophy “Dialogue - a guarantee of peace” promoted by Turkmenistan was recognized as a new principle in international relations in the development of positive attitudes of the peoples of the world based on the principles of peace and mutual trust.
In particular, the speakers expressed that they highly value international cooperation aimed at developing sustainable development and security, as a result of the Neutrality and peaceful foreign policy strategy of Turkmenistan.
Also on the occasion of the announcement of the year 2023 “The happy youth with Arkadag Serdar”, Rector of the International University for the Humanities and Development Esen Aydogdyev held a meeting with Turkmen students studying in Japan.
During the meeting, it was noted that the designation of the year 2023 “The happy youth with Arkadag Serdar” is a symbol of the great faith of our Hero Arkadag and the Honorable President of Turkmenistan in youth.
