TRAINING CENTER FOR PREPARING ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL WORKERS FOR THE DIPLOMATIC SERVICE OF TURKMENISTAN OF THE INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF TURKMENISTAN
ANNOUNCES
admission of students to short-term (three-month) courses in the following areas of training:
1. Diplomatic mail and correspondence.
2. Office work (clerical work).
3. Archival affairs.
Citizens of Turkmenistan not older than 35 years with higher education are accepted for diplomatic mail and correspondence, archival affairs; in the area of Office work - with higher education or with secondary vocational education based on the results of entrance exams (testing) on a competitive basis with a break from production.
Documents are accepted at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan from March 2 to 25, 2020.
List of documents:
- an application letter addressed to the Rector in the established form;
- an application form in the established form;
- a document on higher or secondary vocational education (original);
- medical certificate in the form established by the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan;
- references from the former place of study (work, military unit);
- 6 photos in size 3x4;
- a certified copy of the work record book for the working applicants.
In addition, the applicants along with the above-mentioned documents present the following documents to the admission committee of the Training Center:
- passport;
- those who served in the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan - a military card, and youth who have not done military service, a registration certificate and a certificate from the military commissariat at the place of residence.
For incorrect information and documents provided, the applicant is personally responsible.
Entrance examinations are held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on March 27, 2020.
Entrance examinations in all areas of preparation are carried out in the form of testing according to the disciplines: History of Turkmenistan, English language, Turkmen language and literature.
Preemptive right among the applicants with the same result on the basis of entrance examinations is enjoyed by:
- Persons who demobilized from the ranks of the Armed Forces.
