On December 9, 2020, the presentation of the book of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Traditions of Turkmen Statehood,” published in Russian language was held in the premises of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
The presentation event was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in Turkmenistan, the staff of the Russian diplomatic mission, editors-in-chief of printed publications, rectors, teaching staff and students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan, as well as representatives of the Turkmen mass media. Besides, the professors of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Diplomatic Academy of the MFA of Russia have participated to the event via videoconferencing.
In their speeches, the participants specifically noted that the publication of the book of the President of Turkmenistan “Traditions of Turkmen Statehood” in Russian language serves yet as another proof of multilateral strengthening of Turkmen-Russian relations and friendship of two peoples.
According to the speakers - this is a scientific doctrine of the richest spiritual heritage of Turkmen people. Thanks to the new publication of the head of Turkmen state, the Russian speaking readers of the whole world have gained an opportunity to deeply study the values of Turkmen people who made an important contribution into the development of the humankind.
It was underlined that on the threshold of the 25th anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan, this work of the President of Turkmenistan became a unique gift for wide scientific society learning the life and traditions of Turkmen people.
At the end of the event, the participants of the presentation of the book “Traditions of Turkmen Statehood” published in Russian language adopted an Address to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
