On the 17th of February 2021, the ceremony of presenting the credentials of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Saudi Arabia O.Chariyev to the Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq Al Said as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Sultanate of Oman (with residence in Riyadh) was held in the Palace “Al-Barakah” of the official residence of the Sultan of Oman.
During the ceremony of presenting the credentials, the meeting of the Ambassador with the Sultan of Oman was held, during which the Ambassador conveyed to the Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq Al Said warm greetings and best wishes on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
Having expressed sincere gratitude for kind regards of the President of Turkmenistan, the Sultan of Oman asked to convey warmest and friendly greetings to the President of Turkmenistan, as well as addressed wishes of peace and wellbeing to the people of Turkmenistan.
