A regular meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Kyrgyz Commission was held

On December 2, 2021, at the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan, the regular, fifth meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Kyrgyz Commission for trade-economic, scientific-technical and humanitarian cooperation was held in the online format.

The meeting was attended by heads and representatives of leading ministries, sectoral agencies and business circles of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.

The participants exchanged views on the implementation of intergovernmental agreements, as well as on priority areas of cooperation between the two countries.

The Turkmen side suggested considering the possibility of using the capacities of Turkmenbashi International Seaport for cargo transportation in the East-West-East direction.
