The heads of the foreign policy agencies of Turkmenistan and Russia held a telephone conversation

On June 12, 2025, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a telephone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.

During the conversation, the parties emphasized their commitment to the development of Turkmen-Russian cooperation and discussed current issues of cooperation between the two countries in a wide range of areas.

At the same time, the ministers discussed preparations for upcoming joint events, both bilaterally and within the framework of multilateral structures.
