Meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of India was held at the MFA of Turkmenistan

On October 31, 2025, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova had a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Turkmenistan Bandaru Wilsonbabu.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to further development of Turkmen-Indian relations in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.

The diplomats emphasized the effectiveness of cooperation within international organizations, primarily the UN.

The Indian side was invited to actively participate in major events scheduled for December of current year, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan, the International Year of Peace and Trust, as well as the International Day of Neutrality.
