Invitation letter on behalf of the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan conveyed to the leadership of OIC

On March 7, 2025, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia O.Chariyev met with the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Hissein Brahim Taha in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan handed over to the official invitation letter on behalf of the National Leader of Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed to the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to participate in the International Forum of Peace and Trust timed to the 30th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan.

The sides discussed paths to expand and strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmenistan and OIC.
