Decree of the President of Turkmenistan

As per the Decree of President of Turkmenistan dated September 15, 2017, Serdarmammet Saparmammedovich Garadjaev was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates (Abu-Dhabi city).
