

On 29 December 2025, the presentation of the book by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov entitled “The Neutrality of Turkmenistan: a Bright Path of Peace and Trust” was held at the premises of the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the city of Aktau.
The event was attended by students of the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh.Yessenov, as well as representatives of the Turkmen diaspora.
During the ceremony, special emphasis was placed on the significance of the presented book for understanding the key stages of Turkmenistan’s development, as well as for gaining a comprehensive and detailed insight into the essence of the policy of permanent neutrality in the context of contemporary international relations. The book highlights that over the years of neutrality, Turkmenistan has developed as a dynamically progressing state, cohesively combining national traditions with the innovative development path, as well as internal stability and openness to the world. It was noted that the achievements of Turkmenistan in the fields of economy, transport, culture, and international diplomacy are the result of a consistent and peace-loving state policy.
The speakers emphasized the symbolic significance of the book published on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the international recognition of Turkmenistan’s status of permanent neutrality, which over the years has become an integral part of the country’s national identity, reflecting its commitment to peace, friendship, and sustainable development.
The presentation of the book became a notable event, confirming the relevance of the ideas of neutrality policy outlined in the book for both - present and future of Turkmenistan.
Following the event, participants expressed interest in continuing discussions on the notions outlined in the book.
The event concluded with a reception where the dishes of traditional Turkmen cuisine were served.
