

On March 4, 2026, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Kazakhstan B.Rejepov met with the Chairman of the Board, Rector of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S.Seifullin Kanat Maratovich Tireuov.
At the meeting, the parties discussed bilateral cooperation in education and science, and also touched upon issues of academic exchange and the implementation of joint research projects.
The Ambassador then delivered a lecture to Turkmen students studying at the university, as well as the university’s faculty.
In his lecture, the Ambassador outlined a wide range of topical issues, including the main directions of Turkmenistan's foreign policy, the measures being implemented within the framework of youth policy, a discussion of the long-term goals set by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Arkadag – the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the younger generation, as well as Turkmenistan's plans to widely celebrate the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence in 2026.
In his speech, the Ambassador noted that the acquisition of state sovereignty by Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan has given a powerful impetus to centuries-old traditions of good neighborliness, allowing bilateral relations to reach the level of strategic partnership and genuine brotherhood.
During his lecture, B. Rejepov also presented the new book by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov “Turkmenistan’s Neutrality – a Bright Path to Peace and Trust”. The Ambassador noted that the publication emphasizes that, over the years of neutrality, Turkmenistan has emerged as a dynamically developing state, harmoniously combining national traditions and an innovative development path, internal stability, and openness to the world.
At the end of the lecture, Ambassador B.Rejepov also inquired about the students' academic and athletic achievements, and the students, in turn, had the opportunity to ask questions.
