Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Vietnam presented her credential letters

On October 8, 2016 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (with the residence in Beijing) Ch.Rustemova presented her credential letters to the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang.
