Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the State Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the UAE

Also, on September 7 this year, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov had a meeting with the State Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar.

During the meeting, the parties noted with satisfaction that political interaction at a high level, based on consistent and trusting principles, gives impetus to the further development of Turkmen-Emirati relations. In particular, interest was expressed in further strengthening bilateral cooperation in trade-economic and investment spheres.

In this regard, the issues of holding the next meeting of the Joint Committee on Cooperation between Turkmenistan and the United Arab Emirates in 2022 in the city of Abu Dhabi were discussed.
