DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN

 As per the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated 31st of May, 2018, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Japan (Tokio city) Gurbanmamet Elyasov was concurrently appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Philippines.
