As per the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan published on July 9, 2022, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Ukraine (Kiev city) Toily Amanmuhammedovich Ataev was concurrently appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Moldova
