On September 27, 2023, in honor of the 32nd Anniversary of Independence of Turkmenistan, the tallest building in the world the skyscraper “Burj Khalifa” in Dubai (UAE) was covered with the colors of the National Flag of our country. The spectacular illumination turned the 828-meter building into a shining red-green stalagmite with Turkmen ornaments and a crescent moon with five stars, which became a unique and expressive gesture of friendship and brotherhood.
Also, in honor of the Independence Day of Turkmenistan, in the city of Cappadocia (Turkey), a popular destination for tourists from all over the world, an air balloon (an aerostat) with the inscriptions “Congratulations on the Independence Day of Turkmenistan!” and “Long live the Turkmen-Turkish relations of friendship and brotherhood” soared into the sky!
